SKIMS swimwear line has proven to be versatile, offering a trendy range of swim looks that span all the way to a size 4X.

A social media influencer has tried on some of the pieces from the brand – and though highly impressed, she had a bit of a problem with the swimsuit bottoms.

"The Skims swim launch has been one of [Kim's] most anticipated launches, but of course, I missed both drops. Completely forgot about them," Angela Babicz began in a YouTube uploaded to her 184k subscribers.

"And I feel like [if you're] trying to get your hands on Skims pieces, you're better off trying your luck on the sneakers app for the latest Jordan drop because it's just not happening.

"If you're five minutes late to the party, you can count yourself out."

Luckily, as Skims has been restocking items, Babicz was able to make three separate orders.

"So the first thing I got was actually the only thing left on the website by the time I was able to browse, but I wasn't mad at it because this is such an amazing piece," Babicz said.

She was referring to the ($108) in the color 'Nickel.'

"I already knew that this would be flattering on me. I've watched other reviews where the girls say that because of the cutout in the middle it just brought too much attention to their stomach.

"And we all have things we're insecure about. For me, it didn't bother me. I actually feel like because of the pieces on the side it actually kind of narrowed me out.

"But just keep that in mind if your stomach is something that you are worried about. It kind of just draws attention to that area."

Babicz shared that the second she put the swimsuit on she knew she was going to have a "Skims swim shopping addiction."

She highlighted the quality of the fabric, saying it's unlike anything she's ever tried before.

"This is coming from a fashion influencer who literally gets sent so many bikinis," Babicz stated.

She described the fabric as thick but super stretchy.

The fashionista liked the coverage in the front and back of the monokini, noting that it wasn't too revealing.

For her next order, Babicz got the ($108) in the color 'Nickel.'

"This is the one I wanted originally when I placed my first order and it was out of stock.

"I absolutely love this. Same fabric, the same stretch. It fits me amazingly."

There was one thing about the one piece that Babicz wasn't sold on though.

"If I had to say I didn't like one thing about this one piece, and this is just me being very very picky about it, there is a little bit of extra fabric at the small of my back, like where my back meets my booty," she said.

"It's just the way I'm built BBL-wise. It's just a little bit big, but it doesn't bother me at all. It doesn't look weird, it's just a little bit of extra fabric."

Babicz also purchased the ($48) and the matching ($48), both in the color 'Nickel.'

Speaking on the bottoms, she said: "When I put these on for the first time I swear I heard angels sing.

"Because normally when it comes to bottoms I'll take one step, and it's up my booty crack. Like all the way up there, and then it automatically turns into a thong.

"But this is a true moderate coverage bikini."

Though super satisfied with the back, Babicz noted that the coverage in the front of the bikini bottom was very minimal, with the bottom dipping kind of low.

The last items she tried on were the ($48) in 'Almond,' as well as the ($36) in the same color.

"I did not know when I bought this that I got the micro version of the bottoms," she said.

Unfortunately, the bottoms had very little coverage in the front, and they automatically turned into a thong on her because of the size.

"This is not covering anything rear-end-wise," she said.
