The only Porsche powerboat left in the world cost £3million to develop – and could be yours for £175,000
Designed in 1987, this Porsche Kineo Powerboat is just one of three ever made and the last left in existence

A PORSCHE powerboat scrapped from production for being too expensive is going under the hammer for a fraction of its price.
The rare Porsche Kineo is the last one left in the world after just three of the powerboats were ever made with a price tag of £170,000.
Created by Porsche Design in 1987 in Zell am See, Austria, the prototype cost £3million to develop.
And it was eventually built in 1990 in Germany with a view to start mainstream production.
But due to the high production costs, the dream never came true and only three were ever completed.

The one currently up for is the last left in existence and has been restored back to original condition.
The restoration was completed in 2015 and it's sailed just five hours on a test trip since then.
The 28ft boat has two 7.4-litre V8 petrol engines with a top speed of 80mph.
The buyer will also receive original documentation, brochures and photos.
Plus a customised trailer for transport is included in the sale.
If you've got the cash, you'll also need to collect it from the Netherlands should you win the bidding.
