The amazing collection of 59 classic Porsches set to raise £4.3MILLION at auction
Porsche fans will have the chance to get their hands on their very own classic sports car at this upcoming British auction. And some of the cars on display are truly one-of-a-kind

PORSCHE fans will have the chance to see one biggest collections of the iconic cars at a mass auction later this month.
As many as 59 of the dazzling sports cars will be up for sale, with an expected total value of more than £4 million.
The event will feature models from right across the Porsche catalogue.
Starting with an entry-level 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 Tiptronic, with a value of around £22,000, right up to the 1998 Porsche 911 Turbo S with a maximum value of £285,000.
These aren't just any ordinary sports cars either, with at least two of them coming with their own rock star pedigree - one owned by Judas Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton.
The £220,000 1985 Porsche 911(930) Turbo SE inspired the platinum-selling album ‘Turbo’, and the hit single ‘Turbo Lover’.
Other exciting entries include a rare 1973 race car and a bizarre Porsche tractor.
The auction will take place at Silverstone Circuit on October 21, as part of a collaboration with the world’s biggest car club, Porsche Club GB and Silverstone Auctions.
Nick Whale, managing director of Silverstone Auctions, said: "I’m very impressed with the range and depth of cars on offer for the Porsche Sale. Our consignors have put together a fantastic catalogue.
“Now in our third year with this sale, we are proud to be associated with Porsche Club GB and in addition to the auction, the club is putting on a fantastic series of events, including a Porsche Experience Centre track day for members.
"So with the auction and other attractions, it will be a great weekend for Porsche fans.”
