Family create incredible mini pub in their garden that looks just like the real thing with taps, tankards and seating

A FAMILY has created an incredible mini pub in their garden that looks just like the real thing.

With help from an interior design company, the Crabtrees built The Drunken Crab - complete with taps, tankards and traditional pub seating.

The custom-build took just three weeks to complete, according to furniture painting business Octavia Chic.

They shared the incredible transformation on their Facebook page and people went mad for it.

The Drunken Crab is decorated just like a real local boozer down to every last charming detail.

It features an authentic wooden interior, traditional pub seating and a personalised pub sign hanging outside.

It is also equipped with working beer taps, a mini fridge to keep drinks chilled and a snack bar stocked with scampi crisps.

The pub plays on the family name and features nautical-themed photos and artwork.

Signs and coasters hang around the pub - just as you would see in the real thing.

Brown leather stools line the bar which serves a range of beers and spirits.

Tankards hang above it and there is a dartboard on one wall.

There is even a bell to call last orders.

Octavia Chic said they have been swamped with requests from people wanting their own personalised back garden pub.

A comment from the Wigan-based business read: “Thank you for all your fab feedback and comments. Really appreciate it, we’re overwhelmed with the response.

“I am still working my way through enquiries and comments, may take a while.

“We are based in Wigan and as this took three weeks to complete we can only consider doing garden pubs in the Northwest.

“Also we would need to come and have a consultation before pricing.

“Thank you all so much and of course to the Crabs for letting us do this for them.”
