MEGHAN Markle teared up talking about Archie and Lili on a new episode of her pal's podcast.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, also reflected on her motherhood experience - adding "I really want to be good at it."
The mum-of-two became emotional when reading out a letter from her children to good friend friend Jamie Kern Lima.
It is the first time Meghan has been interviewed on a podcast since meeting Prince Harry.
The former Suits actress revealed she sends "secret emails" to Archie and Lili for them to read when they're older.
She said: "I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for them and so I created for the kids these email addresses...that I will give them at some point.

"Before I go to bed, every night, I email them."
Meghan added how she includes pictures of memory items such as their report cards.
She dubbed it her "love language" and said it's the smaller gestures that make the difference.
"I'm just so proud of them," Meghan added.

The mum-of-two read out a letter from her children in which they penned: "From Archie and Lili via Papa.
"We love your cooking. We love your pancakes and we love, love, love your hugs.
"You're the best mummy and we love you."
After reading the note out loud, Meghan said: "So sweet. I also love that it's mummy, instead of mommy, which is very British."
Meanwhile, in a teaser clip uploaded on Instagram the Duchess wiped away tears as she said: "I wasn't expecting this, they're just so great.
"This is why it's so nice to have no make up on, thank you."
The Duchess continued: "We spend so much of our life trying to prove something.
"To prove that you're enough, that you're pretty enough, you have to prove that you're smart enough, a good enough wife, or friend.
"I was just so done with the prove it game and if you can't see it I don't have to prove it to you.
"That's your loss because I know that I'm a great friend and know the kind of mum I am, and the kind of human being I am.
"I know how I show up and I love being able to be that person with the people I love.
"Maybe part of worthiness comes when you stop having to feel like you're in the prove it game."
Meghan also spoke about her relationship with Prince Harry on the podcast.
She explained where the nickname H came from.
"It was probably at the beginning of us dating, when everything was in code," said the Duchess.
"People didn't know we were dating. I couldn't tell anyone, we were just on a letter basis then and it stuck."
The Duchess casually chatted about her TV show preferences too - revealing she loved Bridgerton but didn't watch The Crown.
Meanwhile, on something exciting coming for As Ever, the business owner teased: "There's so much in development, let's say this. It started with what I was making on my stone and it starts in your kitchen, is these sweet offerings - actually sweet.
"And then the extension of what do you pair that with? For me, as we've talked about a lot today, what are these small gestures, what are these small ways that you can show up for someone?
"Hostess gifts and hospitality is a big category that I'm really excited we're developing.
"So lots more to come. And of course, jam drops. Think of them like sneaker drops."
A teaser video clip shared on Instagram was captioned: "This week marks an incredibly special moment as Meghan her close friend @jamiekernlima for her first-ever podcast interview on the launch of The Jamie Kern Lima Show.
"In this deeply personal conversation, Meghan opens up like never before, sharing heartfelt, raw, and inspiring stories about her journey, purpose, and resilience.
"Jamie confessed she’s “never cried so much in an interview — in the BEST possible way.”
"Jamie calls it a “rocking chair session” — the kind of real conversation you’d want with your dearest friend at 90.
"The recording session stayed true to their real friendship: no makeup, comfy sweats, and cozy rocking chairs at Jamie’s home.
"They invited listeners into this intimate space, calling it a “rocking chair session.”
"As Jamie beautifully explained, rocking chair friends are those you’d still want beside you when you’re 90 years old, chatting away on your front porch.
"This episode promises to leave you feeling less alone, more connected, deeply inspired, and fully alive.

The 43-year-old posted the adorable pictures on Instagram.
Captioning the rare moment, Meghan wrote: "Sunday kind of love….with my little loves."
It followed her sharing Princess Lilibet's adorable American accent for the first time.
Responding to her mother's question about strawberry jam, the toddler could be heard with a Californian accent.
Fans have since gone wild over the adorable and "sweet" voice.
The mum-of-two posted several clips of them making the preserve on her Instagram stories.
Meghan showed herself pouring a batch of vibrant strawberries into a blue pot simmering on the stove.
