Tina Turner
Tina is one of the world's most famous female solo artists - with eight Grammy Awards and a place on Rolling Stones 100 Best Singers Of All Time.
Her abusive marriage to her late husband, Ike, who died in 2007, will be brought up in conversation on the show.
The 77-year-old fled the marriage with no money and no home to call her own.
She's got a huge catalogue of hits, including River Deep – Mountain High, Proud Mary and What's Love Got to Do With It.
Plan B
The rapped has returned to the spotlight following a five year break away.
Real name Ben Drew, the singer looks dramatically different from when he first broke onto the music scene with his debut album All Else Fails.
In 2014 he welcomed a baby daughter with his long term partner, who he credits for helping him turn his life around.
As well as working in music, Ben, 34, has taken on acting roles including a smart part alongside Ray Winstone in The Sweeney.
Clare Balding
Clare is a British broadcaster and author.
From 1988 until 1993, she was a leading amateur flat jockey and even won an award for her memoir covering her time growing up in a racing yard.
After studying at Cambridge University, Clare, 46, started working for the BBC as a trainee and is best known for her coverage of sports.
In 2013, Clare was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her services to broadcasting and journalism.
Katherine Ryan
Katherine is a Canadian comedienne who lives in the UK.
She has appeared on British panel shows including Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and A League of Their Own.
Katherine is currently touring the UK with her support act and comedian pal Stephen Bailey.
Ryan has a daughter, Violet, from a previous relationship and has battled skin cancer twice.
